Ardia Platform Data Sync

Chromeleon synced injections are not downloadable from the Ardia platform.

Composite documents stored on the Ardia Platform originating from desktop software such as Proteome Discoverer, Compound Discoverer, Biopharma Finder, and Xcalibur cannot currently synchronize. This issue affects pdresult.x and msf.x file types, whether published manually or through automated processes from the Proteome Discoverer software. However, users can still download these files via the Ardia Data Explorer application or through the respective connected applications.

Ardia Platform Data Sync

To ensure a successful upgrade of the Ardia Core Software, users must stop any ongoing sync processes before upgrading the Ardia Platform Data Sync application to a newer version.

Ardia Platform Data Sync

Files that are moved or copied into the target folder during an ongoing sync will not be detected if their modification date is earlier than the last scanned date. To ensure these files are synchronized, stop the current sync, reselect the target folder, and then restart the sync process.

Ardia Platform Data Sync

Files with identical names but differing in size or modification date will not be synced. This issue particularly affects actively processing result files. Ensure that files are fully processed and complete before attempting to sync.

Syncing files to an external shared drive may lead to errors. It is recommended to store files locally on the computer where the application is installed.
