Configure NFS backup and archive for the Ardia Server

Use the Configure tab to set up an external Network File System (NFS) and enable backup and archive.

Procedure

In the Ardia Configuration Utility, select the Configure tab
The following options are available:
- Cancel - Returns to the Console tab.
- Apply - Disabled when there are no changes to the settings of either Backup or Archive. Enabled when a change is detected and applies the respective settings for both Backup and Archive.
Complete the following fields to configure the backup.
- NFS Server IP Address - Enter the IP address of the NFS server.
- Export Path - Enter the path to the file share (use appropriate syntax of forward slashes).
- Version - Select the relevant version of NFS protocol for the chosen NFS storage device.
Complete the following fields to configure an archive.
- NFS Server IP Address - Enter the IP address of the NFS server.
- Export Path - Enter the path to the file share (use appropriate syntax of forward slashes).
- Version - Select the relevant version of NFS protocol for the chosen NFS storage device
  
  Note: The Backup and Archive fields automatically validate the entries and display prompts if any corrections are required.
  
  Note: Pop-up messages warn about potential configuration issues or errors.
