What Day of the Week Would You Like Scheduler to Start

Sets Sunday or Monday as the first day of the week for the Scheduler.

Default: Monday.

Require Completion of Maintenance Reservation

Specifies whether the user is required to mark the maintenance as completed in the Scheduler so that the instrument is released for the next reservation.

Default: On ().

• When this toggle is turned on, the user must mark the maintenance as completed in the Scheduler so that the instrument is released for the next reservation. If the user does not release the instrument from maintenance reservation, the maintenance reservation is automatically extended by one hour and all the following impacted reservations are postponed. In addition, the reminder notifications are sent out to the appropriate users.

• When this toggle is turned off, marking a maintenance reservation as completed is optional. In this case, the maintenance reservation is not automatically extended if the user does not mark the reservation as completed.

Pick the Day When the Fiscal Year Starts

Sets the start date (month and day) for the fiscal year in the Scheduler.

Default: January 1.
