Filter instruments

Use the Filter By option on the Scheduler page to filter the number of instruments that are displayed in the Instrument pane. You can also apply multiple filters in the same category or in different categories.

For example, you can use filters to view instrument types at a certain location with a specific instrument status

Procedure

Open the Scheduler.
Select Filters.
The Filter options open.
Select Filter By, and then hover over the categories in the dropdown list to to open the filter options.
The filter catergories are:
- Assignee
- Custom Tags
- Instrument Type
- Location
- Owner Name
- Project
- Room
- Status
  
  The available options are Running, Paused, and Connection Lost.
The selected filter criteria appears as tags under the filter options. The Instrument pane displays the instruments that match the filter criteria.

Note: The Filters button displays the number of criteria you have selected.
Select the filter option that you want to apply.
(Optional) To remove a filter, select the Close icon on the corresponding filter tag, or select Clear All to remove all filters.
