Navigating the reservation calendar

The reservation calendar lets you view and manage reservations for your configured instrument. All the existing reservations are displayed as event bars on the reservation calendar. These event bars include multiple icons to denote different details of the reservation, including the reservation name, reservation type, number of assignees, and whether or not the reservation is associated with a project.

These icons are described in the following table.

A fully reserved system. If the system has multiple instruments this icon indicates all instruments are reserved.

A partially reserved system. If the system has multiple instruments, this icon indicates that one instrument is reserved and the other instrument is available for use.

A mixed reservation system. If the system has multiple instruments, this icon indicates that all instruments are reserved for different purposes.
