The Scheduler feature provides a simplified solution for efficiently managing the laboratory by optimizing instrument availability and maximizing utilization. The Scheduler feature allows users to do the following:

  • View connected analytical instruments, associated users, and project information linked to each instrument reservation.
  • Visualize and categorize instruments, users, and reservations for easy reference.
  • Create and manage reservations for instruments.
  • Set up automatic reminders for reservation events, including creation, modification, completion, and deletion events.
  • Include any laboratory devices in the Scheduler for comprehensive scheduling.
  • Export reservation data for external use.
