The Request Support feature streamlines the process for users to seek technical assistance with just a single click. To utilize the Request Support functionality, it is necessary to use Unity Lab Services as the instrument service provider. The Request Support feature offers the following capabilities:

  • Users are required to accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) and establish a connection to Thermo Fisher to activate the Request Support feature.
  • When the Request Support feature is activated, the application simplifies the sharing of device-specific documents and instrument metadata with the technical support team.
