The Logbook feature lets users maintain a comprehensive record of instrument-related events, maintenance tasks, and laboratory operations. This feature lets users do the following:
- Capture and document configuration details, configuration changes, software updates, instrument maintenance, and other pertinent activities within the laboratory.
- Conveniently access historical information from a single, centralized location.
- Automatically record entries with timestamps, along with the option to include the username, if applicable.
- Document the details of installed software and upgrades.
- Add manual entries to record instrument maintenance performed by either the user or a technical support executive.
- Attach images and documents to enhance logbook entries.
- Facilitate the automatic entry of instrument events for Thermo Scientificâ„¢ Vanquishâ„¢ Horizon modules.
- Choose whether changes or configurations made within an instrument, such as changing a module, either create a new logbook entry or continue with the existing one.
