The reservation calendar displays instrument reservations as event bars. These event bars include multiple icons to denote different details of the reservations. The following table describes those icons.
Icon | Description |

| Indicates a fully reserved system. If the system has multiple instruments, it indicates all instruments are reserved. |
| Indicates a partially reserved system. If the system has multiple instruments, this icon indicates that one instrument is reserved and the other instrument is available for use. |
| Indicates a mixed reservation system. If the system has multiple instruments, this icon indicates that all instruments are reserved with different reservation names. |
| Indicates a maintenance reservation. |
| Indicates that the reservation is assigned to a single user. |
| Indicates that the reservation is assigned to multiple users. |
| Indicates the project icon. |
