Users can filter, sort, and group the list of instruments and systems in the Scheduler or they can use the search function to easily locate a system or instrument in the Scheduler. Selecting the Filter button displays the following options:

  • Sort By
  • Group By
  • Filter By
  • Search

NOTE

The number in the parentheses on the Filter button indicates the total number of filters currently applied.

The Sort By, Group By, Filter By, and Search parameters can be combined.

Arranges the instrument list in descending alphanumeric order.

Group By

N/A

Groups instruments and reservations by:

  • Instrument Type
  • Location
  • Room Number
  • Owner Name
  • Project Name
  • Assignee

When organizing the list of instruments into different groups, the number of maintenance and non-maintenance reservations, and the number of running instruments are displayed in the header line next to each Group By category.

Clear Selection

Clears all the selected Group By options.

Filter By

Filters the instruments and reservations by:

  • Assignee
  • Custom tag
  • Instrument Type
  • Location
  • Owner Name
  • Project
  • Room

The selected filter criteria appear as tags below the Filter By list. The Instrument pane displays the instruments based on the selected filter criteria.

Clear All

Clears all the selected filter options.

Search

N/A

Allows users to find the instruments and reservation by:

  • Instrument Name
  • Reservation Name
  • Reservation Description
