The system profile and instrument profile are organized into three tabs: Instrument Information, Logbook, and Instrument Notifications. An instrument profile contains information that is specific to a single instrument, while a system profile contains information for the entire system, including instrument information.
NOTE
The system profile and the instrument profile remain blank if users do not provide the system and instrument information during the system setup process.
The following table describes the different parameters on the system profile page and the instrument profile page.

Logbook | Allow users to view or document instrument events, maintenance activities, and other daily lab activities of the instrument. For more information, see Logbook. |
Instrument Notifications | Provides access to real-time instrument notifications for individual instruments. |
Collapse details | Hides the system information. |
Expand details | Expands the system information. |
Request Support | Allow users to request technical support and generate a service ticket. |
Configuration or Configured with | Displays the card of the other instrument that is configured with the present instrument of the system. |
