The Instrument pane displays all configured instruments and their statuses and allows users to add and edit the custom instruments that are not configured in the Ardia Platform. The Instruments pane displays the functions described in the following table.

Specifies the names of the instrument owners.

Instrument Location

Specifies the location of the instrument.

Room Number

Specifies the room number of the instrument.

Details

Specifies the details of the instrument.

Add

Adds the custom instrument to Scheduler.

Cancel

Cancels the add operation and closes the dialog box.

N/A

Adds the instrument to the Favorite Instrument list or clears the instrument from the Favorite Instrument list.

Expand the instrument name

N/A

Displays the child instruments.

Allows users to edit the details of the custom instruments.

Indicates that the user can edit the custom instrument.

Indicates that the user does not have permission to edit the custom instrument.

Delete Instrument

Deletes the manually added instrument. If this button is disabled, it indicates that the instrument is associated with reservations.

Update

Saves the updated details for the manually added instrument.

Cancel

Cancels the edit operation and closes the dialog box.

In addition to the above functions, the statuses described in the following table are displayed for the instruments.
