You can add an APD data label to a spectrum whose data was collected with APD enabled during data acquisition.

Procedure

  1. Open an injection or a raw data file (see Open injections or raw data files) that contains APD data.
  2. The Chromatogram view and Spectrum view open.
  3. Select the Spectrum view.
  4. Select the Ellipsis menu, , to open the Display Options dialog box.
  5. In the Labels area, select the labels that you want to display (see APD data label).

  6. NOTE

    The selected labels are displayed in the preview display for the selected spectrum trace. By default, the application adds the m/z label to each mass spectrum peak.

  7. Select OK to apply the labels to the active spectrum or select Cancel to discard the changes.

  8. NOTE

    To undo all changes made to the page and revert to the previously applied changes, select . The Undo button is active only after applying the changes in the Display option.
