You can launch the Data Viewer application from the Ardia platform in multiple ways.

Prerequisites

  1. You must be signed in to the Ardia Platform. For more information, refer to "Sign in to the Ardia platform" in the Ardia Core Software User Guide.
  2. Your role must have the required Ardia Core permission to open the Data Viewer application. For more information, refer to "Edit Ardia Core privileges for a role" in the Ardia Core Software User Guide.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following to launch the Data Viewer application:
  2. On the Ardia Home page, select the Data Viewer card under Core Applications.
  3. On the left pane of any Ardia page, select Data Viewer.

  5. NOTE

    To open an application from the left pane, you must first pin it to the left pane. For more information, refer to "Pin an application to the left pane from the Home page" in the Ardia Core Software User Guide.

  6. On a browser window, enter the application URL (Example format: https://<domainname>.com/app/data-viewer).
  7. The Data Viewer application opens.

NOTE

If you do not have the required platform permission to access the Data Viewer application, the following occurs:
• The Ardia Home page does not display the application card.
• You cannot access the Data Viewer using the application URL.
