You can export the Peak List content of a workspace after applying the ICIS peak detection algorithm or the Genesis peak detection algorithm on a single trace or a multiple chromatogram traces.
Prerequisites
- You must apply any of the peak detection algorithms (see Run any of the peak detection algorithms).
Procedure
- Do one of the following:
- For a single trace, select a specific Trace checkbox.
- The application displays the peak list specific to the selected trace.
- For multiple traces, do one of the following:
- Select the specific Traces checkboxes.
- Select the All Peaks checkbox.
- The application displays the peak list of the specific traces or all traces depending on your selection.
NOTE
By default, the All Peaks checkbox is selected.

- Select , and then select the Export as CSV option.
- The Save As dialog box opens.
- Select the folder location and name the file (or save with the default file name).
NOTE
Default filenames are as follows:
• For one or more traces from the same injection or raw data file: Filename_peaklist
• For multiple traces from various injections or raw data files: Peaklist
- Select Save.
- If a single trace is selected, only that trace is exported.
- If multiple traces are selected, the selected traces are exported in a single CSV file. You can distinguish the individual traces by their respective trace ID.

The data is exported based on the fields and order that you select in the Peak list (see Show or hide columns).
