You can use the default application values to perform peak detection.

For peak detection using the ICIS algorithms, see Use ICIS peak detection.

For peak detection using the Genesis algorithms, see Use Genesis peak detection.

On the workspace, select .
Select Peak Detection and select one of the options listed.
To detect and integrate peaks using the current peak detection and integration settings, perform one of the following commands.

Command	Description
Detect in Active Plot	Applies the current chromatogram peak identification and integration settings to the selected trace.
Detect in All Plots	Applies the current chromatogram peak identification and integration settings to all displayed traces.
