A Chromatogram view can be modified using the Ranges dialog box. The chromatogram ranges define the following parameter settings for each Chromatogram view—raw file, trace type, detector type, scan filter, mass range, mass tolerance, and formula (see Ranges dialog box parameters). You can resize the Ranges dialog box by dragging the split bar to increase or decrease the box's width.
NOTE
The Ranges dialog box displays a red error box when you open a corrupt or invalid raw data file or if there are any file input errors.
Procedure
- Do one of the following:
- In the workspace, turn on the Info Bar toggle
. - Select View > Ranges > Chromatogram ranges.
- The Ranges tab that is linked to the active or selected Chromatogram view opens.
