The Chromatogram view displays the chromatogram trace for the raw data file. The x axis displays the time (min), and the y axis displays the relative abundance. The data points are displayed as a point-to-point graph (line graphs) in the Chromatogram view. A red vertical marker
indicates the selected data point. The application labels the retention time (RT) of the trace (to two decimal places) in the chromatogram plot.

The chromatogram header displays the RT range for the entire Chromatogram view, and the application updates the header as you navigate to different RT. The chromatogram title on the right side of the Chromatogram view displays the normalization intensity (NL) value, the trace type, the detector type, the scan filter, and the file name.
