Procedure
- In the Identification area, select one of the following from the Returned Peaks dropdown list:
- Select All peaks to identify all peaks in the chromatogram based on the algorithm that you selected for component identification.
- Select Nearest peak to identify the nearest peak in the chromatogram within the specified time window.
- Select Highest peak to identify the highest peak in the chromatogram within the specified time window.
- (Optional) If you selected Highest Peak or Nearest Peak, do the following:
- Enter or select the expected RT for the component in the Expected Time (min) box. The valid range is 0 to 999 minutes.
- Enter or select the RT window for the component in the Window (sec) box. The valid range is 1.0 to 999.0 seconds.
- Specify the component name that you used in the processing method.
