You can zoom in on and reset a Chromatogram view using the Zoom Range option in the Processing menu.

Procedure

  1. Select the Chromatogram view.
  2. Select the Processing tab.
  3. Select the Zoom Range option.
  4. Enter an RT range within the chromatogram RT limits.
  5. Press ENTER.
  6. The view rescales to display the chromatogram within the specified time range and relative abundance range.
  8. ( Optional) To return to the default scale, select Reset Zoom .
