You can zoom in on and reset a Chromatogram view using the mouse pointer.
Procedure
- Select the Chromatogram view.
- Do one of the following:
- To zoom in on the x axis, position the mouse pointer directly to the left or the right of one end of the RT range you want to zoom in on, select and drag horizontally across the RT range, and then release the mouse.
- A horizontal scrollbar appears below the x axis of the Chromatogram view when you zoom in on the RT range. The application updates the RT range in the header and the NL value in the title based on the peak in the different regions.
- To zoom in on the y axis, position the mouse pointer directly to the left or the right of one end of the RT range you want to zoom in on, select and drag vertically across the Relative Abundance scale, and then release the mouse.
- To zoom in on both the x and y axes, select and drag the mouse to form a box that contains the region that you want to see zoomed in, and then release the mouse.
- (Optional) To return to the default scale, select Reset Zoom .
