When you open an injection or a raw data file, the application opens a Chromatogram view with a single trace and a Spectrum view that is linked to the trace. To review the chromatographic data, follow these procedures:

  • Display a Chromatogram view
  • Modify Chromatogram view
  • Add a chromatogram trace from the Ranges dialog box
  • Import a CSV file
  • Change the zoom level of a Chromatogram view
  • Display the Peak Detection page
  • Export a Chromatogram view
