Use the left- or right-arrow keys on your computer keyboard to increase or decrease the scan number in the Spectrum view. The scan selection is represented by a red marker. You can move the marker across the scan indicating the selected RT point. When you navigate across the scans and change the RT in the Chromatogram view, the application does the following:

  • Automatically synchronizes to display the spectrum for that RT or scan number.
  • Updates the scan header data to match the selected RT range in the Chromatogram view.

Procedure

  1. Open the raw data file of interest (see Open one or more injections or raw data files from Ardia repository).
  2. The Chromatogram view and Spectrum view open.
  3. Select the Chromatogram view at the RT or scan number that you want to view.
  4. A red vertical marker indicates the selected data point.
  5. Use the right- and left-arrow keys on your computer keyboard to select the RT.
  6. The scan number in the Spectrum view increases or decreases.
