The Identification parameters allow users to define the peaks under an RT range. The following tables describes the Identification parameters.
Parameter | Subparameter | Description |
---|---|---|
Returned Peak | N/A | Types of peak detection results to be returned. |
All Peaks | Displays all the peaks based on the selected algorithm for component identification. | |
Nearest Peak | Displays the peak with the nearest RT in the chromatogram within the specified RT window for component identification. | |
Highest Peak | Displays the peak with the highest RT in the chromatogram within the specified RT window for component identification. | |
Expected Time (min) | N/A | Expected RT for the component. Available only when the Nearest Peak parameter or Highest Peak parameter is selected. Range: 1–999 minutes. |
Window (sec) | N/A | RT window for the component. Available only when the Nearest Peak parameter or Highest Peak parameter is selected. Range: 1–999 seconds. |
Component Name | N/A | Specifies the component name used for processing. |
