The Peak Detection page allows users to identify and integrate chromatogram peaks in the active Chromatogram view using a peak detection algorithm.

Peak Detection Algorithm | Displays algorithms to detect chromatographic peaks. |
Peak Parameters | Displays parameters used to distinguish a peak from the background noise. |
Advanced | Displays parameters to define the noise level. |
Pharmacopoeia S/N | Displays parameters to calculate the S/N. |
Apply to All Plots checkbox | Applies the current chromatogram peak identification and integration settings to all displayed plots. To apply the criteria to only the active plot, clear this option. |
Reset button | Restores the default settings. |
Apply button | Applies the chromatogram peak identification and integration settings to the selected peak. |
