The following parameters allow users to annotate the chromatogram peaks with various parameters by selecting the checkboxes corresponding to the parameters in the Labels area.
Parameter | Subparameter | Description |
---|---|---|
Labels | Use the features in the Labels area to annotate chromatogram peaks. | |
Label with | Retention Time (RT) | Adds a RT label (in minutes) on the chromatogram peak to indicate the injection and detection time. |
Decimals | Changes the number of decimal places in the RT label. Range: 0–5. | |
Unit | Defines the following units for the RT label:
| |
Peak Area | Adds a peak area label above each detected chromatogram peak to indicate manual integration (MA) or automatic integration (AA). | |
Peak Height | Adds the peak height with manual integration (MH) or automatic integration (AH) above each detected chromatogram peak. | |
Signal to Noise | Adds a label above each detected chromatogram peak that indicates if the signal to noise (S/N) value was calculated with the pharmacopeia method (S/N) or without the method (PSN). | |
PWHH | The peak width at half height (PWHH) is the length of the line parallel to the peak base at 50% of the peak height; this line terminates at the two points where it intersects the limbs of the peak. | |
Scan number | Adds the active scan number label (S#) above the chromatogram peak. | |
Base Peak | Adds an m/z label to each detected chromatogram peak to indicate the most abundant ion in the RT. | |
Format | Use the features in the Format area to modify the appearance of the Chromatogram view. | |
Plot Options | Stack | Stacks the chromatogram traces vertically. |
Overlay | Overlays the chromatogram traces vertically. | |
Skew | Sets the skew angle (time offset) to a value from 0–45 degrees for an overlay arrangement of chromatogram traces. Use the Skew slider to offset the x axis of the traces. You cannot offset the x axis when the traces are 100% overlaid to the same elevation on the y axis. | |
Elevation | Sets the vertical spacing for an overlay arrangement of chromatogram traces. Use the Elevation slider to change the overlay status of the traces. Moving the slider fully to the left overlays the traces to the same elevation on the y axis. |
