You can reset your password if you forget your password, prefer a new password, or have trouble signing in to the Ardia platform.
NOTE
The following instruction is intended for users whose identities are managed by the Ardia identity provider.
Procedure
- In the Welcome dialog box, enter your username.
- Select Continue.
- The Enter Your Password dialog box opens.
- Select Reset Password.
- A Password Reset dialog box opens.
- Enter your email address.
- Select Reset.
- A message appears confirming that password reset instructions have been sent to your email address.
- Check your email for the password reset link.
NOTE
If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.
- Select the Password Reset link in the email.
- A Password Reset dialog box opens.
- Enter your new password.
- Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
- Select Change Password to save your new password or select Cancel to exit without making changes.
NOTE
Your password must meet the password requirements of the Ardia identity provider to be accepted (see Set Ardia IdP password policy).
- Sign in to your account using your new password.
- You should now be able to access your account with your new password.
