If you use Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) as your identity provider, you might encounter a situation where you cannot sign in, even after the previous user has signed out of the Ardia platform.

The previous user is signed out of the Ardia platform but the user's Microsoft account is not completely signed out.

To completely sign out of Azure AD, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Microsoft account you want to sign out from.
  2. Wait a few seconds until you see the following screen confirming that you have been signed out.
