When you select Load Query or Save Query in the Audit Trail Viewer application, the Open dialog box appears, which provides access to the Ardia Repository content. You can customize the columns in the Ardia Repository to display only the ones that you want to view.
Procedure

. - The Edit Columns side pane opens.
- To show or hide one or more columns, do one of the following:
- Select the checkbox for a column name to show that column.
- Clear the checkbox for a column name to hide that column.
- To reorder the columns, drag the column name to a new position.

- Select Apply to proceed with the changes
- Select Cancel to close the dialog box without applying the changes.
