In the Data Explorer application, you can assign folder access permissions to specific users and roles.

Prerequisites

  1. Your role must have the required permission to manage folder access in the Data Explorer application. For more information, see Edit Ardia Core privileges for a role.

Procedure

  1. NOTE

  3. In the content area, do one of the following:
  4. Select a folder and then select Manage Access on the command bar.
  5. Select on a folder's row and then select Manage Access.
  6. Right-click a folder's row and then select Manage Access.
  7. NOTE

You can specify access for only one folder at a time. If you select more than one folder or select a synchronized folder, the Manage Access command is unavailable.
