On the Users page of the Users and Roles application, you can resend an invite to previously invited users who have not signed in yet.

NOTE

You cannot resend an invite to Chromeleon users because they do not use their email address as their login username.

Procedure

  1. Open the Users page.
  2. Select a user with an Invite Sent, Pending Login status.
  3. Select Details in the upper-right corner of the Users page.
  4. The Username side pane opens.
  5. Select the Resend Invite link.
  6. In the Confirmation dialog box, select Resend.
  7. The selected user receives an email that contains the following information:
    • A confirmation that the user is added to the enterprise account
    • The required login information to access the enterprise account
    • The role information if you assign a user to a role when you create the account
