Prerequisites

1. Your role must have the required Ardia Core permission to open the Data Explorer application. For more information, see Edit Ardia Core privileges for a role.
2. You must have the Can View permission (or a higher permission) for the folder to view its content. For more information, see Manage folder access.

Procedure

1. Open the Data Explorer application.
2. Select the header of the column that you want to sort.
3. The application sorts the list in ascending or chronological order based on the column's contents, as shown in the following table.

3. (Optional) Select the header again to reverse the sort order.
