Prerequisites

1. Your role must have the required Ardia Core permission to open the Data Explorer application. For more information, see Edit Ardia Core privileges for a role.
2. You must have the Can View permission (or a higher permission) for the folder to view the details of its contents. For more information, see Manage folder access.

Procedure

1. Open the Data Explorer application.
2. In the content area, do one of the following:
1. Select an item and then select Details on the command bar.
2. Select on an item's row and then select Details.
3. Right-click an item's row and then select Details.

4. NOTE

   You can only view the Details of one folder, sequence, or file at a time. If you select more than one item, the Details command is disabled.

5. The Summary side pane opens and displays the details for the selected object.

3. Select in the upper-right corner to close the Summary side pane.
