Each Ardia user has an account to access the Ardia platform. An administrator is responsible for assigning privileges to users.

NOTE

The initial user comes preconfigured with the default Ardia platform installation. This user is automatically granted administrator privileges, which enable access to the full scope of the Ardia platform.

When you first launch the Ardia platform, the Welcome dialog box opens.

Procedure

  1. Enter your username.
  2. Select Continue.
  3. Enter your password and select Sign In.
  4. (Optional) When you first sign in to the Ardia platform, you are prompted to fill in your profile information, such as your first name, last name, and email address. Enter your profile information and then select Next.

  5. NOTE

    Your Ardia account stores the profile information that you provide.

  6. (Optional) If you are assigned to more than one role, you are prompted to select a role for this session. Select a role from the list, and select Next.
  8. The application opens the Ardia platform Home page. For more information about the Home page, see Explore the Home page of the Ardia platform.
