On the Roles page, you can add a new role, view the details of a role, rename a role, change the description of a role, assign a role to a user, edit the privileges assigned to a role, duplicate a role, or remove a role.

Prerequisites

  1. Your role must have the required Ardia Core permission to open Users and Roles application. For more information, see Edit Ardia Core privileges for a role.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
  2. On the Home page, select the Users and Roles card under Utilities.
  3. In the left pane of the Ardia workspace (if pinned), select Users and Roles.

  5. NOTE

    To open an application from the left pane, you must first pin it to the left pane. For more information, see Pin an application to the left pane from the Home page.

  6. The Users and Roles application opens.
  7. Select the Roles tab.
  8. The Roles page opens.
