The Ardia Platform supports various Thermo Scientific external software, including Proteome Discoverer, BioPharma Finder, Xcalibur, and the Chromeleon CDS.
Connecting these external software to the Ardia Platform can:
- Facilitate the storage, management, and sharing of data between chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments, applications, and the wider ecosystem.
- Improve the security and integrity of laboratory records through an access-controlled Ardia Repository.
For example, the Ardia Repository connects the Chromeleon CDS with the BioPharma Finder application. This connection enhances data transfer and simplifies the multi-attribute method (MAM) workflow.
To register and connect the external software with the Ardia Platform, or to disconnect and deregister them, follow these procedures:
- Registering and connecting Thermo Scientific external software
- Disconnecting Thermo Scientific external software from the Ardia Platform
- Deregistering Thermo Scientific external software from the Ardia Platform
Additionally, the Ardia Platform also supports Skyline, a third-party open-source software (see Connecting the Ardia Platform to the Skyline software).
