Prerequisites

1. Ensure all data processing is complete and all files are closed.

Procedure

1. Open the Proteome Discoverer application.
2. The application opens and displays the Start Page.
3. In the bottom-right corner, the application displays the status of its connection to Ardia Platform.
2. Do one of the following:
1. Select Ardia Server > Server Registration.
2. In the Ardia Server Management pane, select Server Registration.
4. The Ardia Server Registration dialog box opens.
3. Select Deregister.
4. The Deregister from Ardia Server dialog box opens.
4. Select Yes.
5. Select OK to close the Proteome Discoverer application.
6. The Proteome Discoverer application is deregistered from the Ardia Platform.
