Prerequisites

1. Close the Xcalibur data system.

Procedure

1. Open Microsoft™ Services.
2. Locate and right-click Thermo Xcalibur Service in the right pane.
3. Select Stop.
4. Open the File Explorer.
5. Navigate to the C:\ProgramData\Thermo\Xcalibur\HyperBridge folder.

6. NOTE

   If the HyperBridge folder is hidden, unhide it before proceeding.

6. In the HyperBridge folder, rename the ArdiaDataStorage.db file as follows: ArdiaDataStorage.db.unregister.
7. In the Services window, right-click Thermo Xcalibur Service, and then select Start.
8. The Xcalibur data system is deregistered from the Ardia Platform.
