You can register the BioPharma Finder application to the Ardia Platform using a registration code. This registration code can be generated in the Ardia Client Registration and Management utility.
Prerequisites
- BioPharma Finder 5.2 or later version is installed on the computer.
Procedure
- In the Client Registration and Management utility, generate a registration code.
- Copy the registration information.
- Open the BioPharma Finder application.
- On the Home page, select Help > Ardia Platform Management > Register with the Ardia Platform.

- Paste the registration information that you copied from the Client Registration and Management utility into the URL box and the Activation Code box.

- A confirmation message is displayed after the successful registration, and the BioPharma Finder application automatically restarts after a countdown.
- (Optional) Select Restart to perform an immediate restart.

in the top-right corner. This icon indicates that the application is registered but not connected.
- A dialog box prompts you to sign in to the Ardia Platform.
- Sign in to the Ardia Platform.
- After you successfully sign in, the application opens in Ardia Platform mode and it displays the connection icon
with your username and role in the top right corner. This icon indicates that the application is registered and connected to the Ardia Platform.
- If you close the application without disconnecting from the Ardia Platform, the next time the application opens, it remembers your registration information. The application prompts you to sign in to continue running the application in Ardia Platform mode. If a network failure or Ardia Platform connection issue prevents successful sign in, the application disconnects from the Ardia Platform and restarts in local mode.
