Prerequisites

1. Your role must have the required Ardia Core permissions to revert an object to a previous version. For more information, see Edit Ardia Core privileges for a role.

Procedure

1. Open the Audit Trail Viewer.
2. View the complete audit trail of the object by doing one of the following:
1. Select a checkbox corresponding to an audit entry you want to view (on the left side of the table), then select View Audit Trail that displays above the table.
2. Right-click anywhere in an entry row and select the View Audit Trail option.
3. Select the checkbox for the single object version you want to revert to.

4. NOTE

   You cannot revert to the current version of the object.

5. The Revert button displays above the table and is enabled.
4. Select Revert.
6. The object is restored as it was in the selected version.
7. A new version of the object is added to the table with the appropriate timestamp and it is set as the current version.
