Prerequisites

1. Your role must have the required Ardia Core permission to open the Audit Trail Viewer utility. For more information, see Edit Ardia Core privileges for a role.
2. Your role must have the required Ardia Core permission to open the Data Explorer application. For more information, see Edit Ardia Core privileges for a role.
3. Your role must have the Can View permission (or a higher permission) for the folder to view its content. For more information, see Manage folder access.

Procedure

1. Open the Data Explorer application.
2. The Data Explorer application opens and displays the Ardia Repository.
2. In the content area, do one of the following:
1. Select a checkbox corresponding to an item and then select View Audit Trail from the command bar.
2. Right-click anywhere in an item row and select the View Audit Trail option.
3. The Audit Trail Viewer opens in a new tab and displays all audit entries related to the selected item. For more information, see View the complete audit trail of an object.
