Except for the # (Row number/Order number) and the Name columns, you can select which columns you want to view or hide in the content area of the Ardia Repository.

NOTE

Column customization is user-specific. The column customization that you do in your user profile is not visible to other users.

Prerequisites

  1. Your role must have the required Ardia Core permission to open the Data Explorer application. For more information, see Edit Ardia Core privileges for a role.
  2. You must have the Can View permission (or a higher permission) for the folder to view its content. For more information, see Manage folder access.

Procedure

  1. Open the Data Explorer application.
  2. Select Edit Columns in the upper-right corner of the content area.
  3. The Edit Columns side pane opens and lists the column names applicable to the data type that is open in the content area.

  5. Do any of the following:
  6. Select the checkboxes of the column names that you want to display in the content area.
  7. Clear the checkboxes of the column names that you want to hide in the content area.
  8. Drag and reposition the column names to rearrange the columns in the content area.
  9. Select Apply to display the changes in the content area, or select Cancel or to close the side pane without applying the changes.
