Open an injection or a raw data file in the Data Viewer - Ardia Core Applications - Ardia Core Software 1.1 User Guide - Data Explorer - Open an injection or a raw data file in the Data Viewer - Ardia Core Applications

Prerequisites

1. Your role must have the required Ardia Core permission to open the Data Explorer and the Data Viewer applications. For more information, see Edit Ardia Core privileges for a role.
2. You must have the Can View permission (or a higher permission) for the folder containing the injections or the raw data files you want to open. For more information, see Manage folder access.

Procedure

1. Open the Data Explorer application.
2. Navigate to the sequence that contains the injection or the raw data file that you want to open.
3. In the content area, do one of the following:
1. Select the name of the injection or the raw data file.
2. Double-click the injection or the raw data file row.
3. Select on the injection or the raw data file row and then select Open.
4. Right-click the injection or the raw data file row and then select Open.
5. Select the checkboxes of one or more injections or raw data files and then select Open on the command bar.

6. TIP

   To select consecutive items, press and hold the SHIFT key and select the first row and the last row of the items that you want to select.

   To select non-consecutive items, press and hold the CTRL key and select each row.

   To select all the items in the sequence, select the checkbox next to the Order (#) column heading.

7. NOTE

   You can open a maximum of 15 injections in the Data Viewer. If you select more that 15 injections, the Open command is unavailable.

8. NOTE

   You can open an injection or a raw data file only if the status of the containing sequence is Live, Live Archive Locked, or Live Archive Incomplete.

Result

1. The Data Viewer application opens in a new tab with each selected file open in a separate workspace.
