The following table defines the columns in the Ardia Repository.

The date and time format, as well as the number and list separators in the Data Explorer application, are determined by either your browser's regional settings or your preferences in User Settings. Folder columns | |
# | Displays the row number. The row numbers are independent of the row content, so they remain unchanged during sorting. The row numbers do not appear in the search results. |
Name | Displays the name of the item in the Ardia Repository. |
Version | Displays the version number of the item. |
Type | Indicates the category of the item. |
Size | Displays the size of the file. |
Date Modified | Specifies the date and time when the item was last modified. |
Modified By | Displays the username of the last person to modify the item and save the change. |
Status | Displays the current status of the item. The status of the item can be one of the following: |
Proteins | Specifies the number of high-confident protein IDs. |
Peptide groups | Specifies the number of high-confident peptide IDs. |
PSMs | Specifies the number of high-confident PSMs. |
MS/MS spectra | Specifies the number of MS/MS spectra. |
Sequence columns | |
# | Displays the order number of injections within the sequence. For directly acquired data, this represents the order of execution. For uploaded data, it reflects the order in which files were uploaded to the Ardia Repository. The order numbers do not appear in the search results. |
Name | Displays the name of the item in the Ardia Repository. Note: |
Type | Displays the type of sample used for the injection. |
Position | Specifies the position in which the sample is placed in the autosampler. |
Acquisition Status | Displays the status of the acquisition process. |
Inject Time | Specifies the date and time when the data was acquired. |
Size | Displays the size of the file. |
Upload Status | Displays the status of the background raw data verification. The status of an item can be one of the following:

Result Path | Specifies the location where the result of the injection is stored. |
