You can sign out of the Ardia Platform using the My Account pane.

NOTE

To avoid losing any unsaved changes, make sure to save all changes before signing out of the Ardia Platform.

Procedure

Select the My Account icon.
A pane opens.
Select Sign Out.
The Sign Out confirmation dialog box opens.
Select Yes to sign out of the Ardia Platform.

IMPORTANT

If you use Microsoft Entra ID to sign in, make sure to sign out completely. Otherwise, you might be signed out of the Ardia Platform but still be signed in to Microsoft Entra ID. This could prevent the next Microsoft Entra ID user from signing in successfully. For more information, see Ardia Platform troubleshooting.
