You can change your password if you know your current password and want to change it.

Additionally, you can change your password from the Account page.

NOTE

The following instruction is intended for users whose identities are managed by the Chromeleon IdP or Ardia IdP.

Procedure

  1. In the Welcome dialog box, enter your username.
  2. Select Continue.
  3. The Enter Your Password dialog box opens.

  4. NOTE

    If your identity is managed by the Chromeleon IdP, the Reset Password command is unavailable in the Enter Your Password dialog box.

  6. Select Change Password Here.
  7. If your identity is managed by the Ardia IdP, the Change the Existing Password window opens.
  8. If it is managed by the Chromeleon IdP, the Reset your password window opens.
  9. Enter your current password.
  10. Enter your new password.
  11. Re-enter your password to confirm.
  12. Select Change Password.
  13. You will receive an email confirming the password change.
