In the Global Settings utility, you can define the administrative settings that are applied to the entire Ardia Platform.

Prerequisites

  1. Your role must have the required Ardia Core permission to open the Global Settings utility. For more information, see Edit Ardia Core privileges for a role.

Procedure

  1. Open the Global Settings utility.
  2. Select the Ardia Core tab.
  3. The Ardia Core page opens. Here, you can configure the single sign-on (SSO), Raw Data, File Management, Audit, Notifications, and Users settings for the Ardia Platform.
  4. Select the options for the required Ardia Core settings. For more information on the parameters, see Ardia Core settings parameters.
  5. Select Save.

  6. NOTE

    To avoid losing any unsaved changes, save all changes before you navigate away from the Global Settings page.

  7. The Add a Comment dialog box opens.
  8. Enter your comment and select Save.

  9. NOTE

    The Add a Comment dialog box opens only if the Prompt for Comments When Saving toggle is turned on in the Global Settings (according to the audit policy in your organization). See Configure global settings for the Ardia Platform.

    The comment that you enter is added to the Comment column of the Audit Trail Viewer. See Open the Audit Trail Viewer.

  10. A message appears confirming the successful update.
