In the Data Explorer application, you can view the details of a folder, sequence, injection, document, composite document, synchronized folder, or synchronized sequence.

Prerequisites

  1. Your role must have the required Ardia Core permission to open the Data Explorer application. For more information, see Edit Ardia Core privileges for a role.
  2. You must have the Can View permission (or a higher permission) for the folder to view the details of its contents. For more information, see Manage folder access.

Procedure

  1. Open the Data Explorer application.
  2. Navigate to the folder or the sequence that contains the file whose details you want to view.
  3. In the content area, do one of the following:
  4. Select the item's row and then select Details on the command bar.
  5. Select on the item's row and then select Details.
  6. Right-click the item's row and then select Details.

  7. NOTE

    You can only view the versions of one file at a time. If you select more than one item, the View Versions command is unavailable.

  8. The Summary side pane opens and displays the details for the selected item.

  10. Select in the upper-right corner to close the Summary side pane.
