On the Users page, you can add a new user, edit the IdP, change the account status, edit the roles, or remove a user.

Prerequisites

  1. Your role must have the required Ardia Core permission to open the Users and Roles utility. For more information, see Edit Ardia Core privileges for a role.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
  2. On the Home page, select the Users and Roles card under Utilities.
  3. In the left pane of any Ardia page, select Users and Roles.

  5. NOTE

    To open an application or a utility from the left pane, you must first pin it to the left pane. For more information, see Pin an application to the left pane from the Home page.

  6. The Users and Roles utility opens.
  7. Select the Users tab.
  8. The Users page opens.

NOTE

The date and time format as well as the list separators that are used by the Users and Roles utility are determined by either your browser's regional settings or your preferences in User Settings. For more information, see Change the date and time display settings and Change the list and decimal separators.
