All new servers are now shipped with Secure Boot enabled to enhance security by preventing malicious software from loading during the boot process.

For Secure Boot to be enabled, the Thermo Scientific OS image revision 2.1.0 is required. This provides digitally signed drivers for the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and a specific kernel version with which they are compatible.
